Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Zonto Games (14 Ashdown Close, Chandlers Ford, SO53 5QF, United Kingdom). By creating an account or playing a game you accept them.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old. Keep your password secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at once if you think it has been misused.

Games

Every game on Zonto is currently free to play. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to play them, not ownership. Games are updated often, early-access games especially, and we may change or remove a game at any time. If we ever begin charging for games, we will publish a refund policy first (offering at least 14 days) and these terms will be updated before any sale.

Acceptable use

Do not cheat, exploit bugs to harm others or the leaderboards, reverse-engineer or redistribute our games, harass other players, or post unlawful or abusive content in messages or profiles. We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Content you create

You keep ownership of content you create, such as your profile and messages, and give us a licence to host and display it to run the service.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Subject to that, Zonto is provided as-is, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights where you live.
